Hello, and welcome to my website. I am Dawn Butler and I am the name behind Dinkydoodle Designs.
Dinkydoodle Designs is a bespoke cake decorating company, based in Nottingham, England. I found my passion for cake decorating almost 20 years ago, when I took a job in a local bakery. In 2010 I was persuaded to turn my love of cake decorating into a business, and using the pet name my Dad gave me, I became “Dinkydoodle” Designs.
In only 2 years I have gained instant recognition for my ability to produce stunning and lifelike novelty cakes, and Dinkydoodle Designs is fast becoming known as THE name to choose for bespoke novelty cakes and my unique creations have already been requested for and admired by, those in celebrity circles.
I am always pushing the boundaries of what is possible with cake and I achieve many of my fantastic results by airbrushing my creations.
I am also in demand as a teacher too, and regularly put down my rolling pin to share my passion and experience with others. This has since led, into my desire to share my experience worldwide and the search began to source and develop a brand new airbrush kit and other cake craft products.
My new and exclusive Chocolate Airbrush Paints will re-define the way you can decorate your projects, and in my new airbrushing DVD series I will be with you every step of the way, as you discover for yourself just how amazing airbrushing can be.
