IMPORTANT: 

If you have an order STILL AWAITING SHIPMENT - AND have a Delivery Pass - you're welcome to add a new order to your current order using your delivery pass - just enter the code at the checkout as before. 

If your order has ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED (you will have received a tracking number) - you'll need to pay for shipping on the new order. It cannot be shipped out unless shipping has been paid for.

Return & Refund Policy

I want you to enjoy your product! If you find that it is damaged on arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

If the item you receive is faulty please notify us as soon as you become aware of the fault. Any electrical items are covered by a 2 year warranty.

If you change your mind about the product and wish to return it, you must notify me of your intention to do so within 28 days of purchase. The item must be sealed, unused and in perfect condition. You must be able to provide proof of purchase. If these conditions are satisfied a return address can be supplied to you then you must return the item by recorded delivery at your own expense.
