Gender reveal cakes are very popular, but I can bet you that NO ONE has seen one quite like this. 
The bottom of the cake balloon has a clever compartment in it, that will store coloured sprinkles (choose the colour that best suits the reveal.) 
Pull the specially made tab and out pour all the sprinkles, revealing the gender of the baby.
