For anyone that's always wanted to make the most amazing spining carousel cake then this is the class for you. 
 
Unlike anything else you can buy , my carousel kit will have cake at the base AND cake for the canopy .
you can either choose a simple turn table that will turn the whole carousel OR the bespoke mechanism that will turn JUST the centre ( leaving cake bottom , and cake canopy alone )
 
the horses can be painted , or covered with modelling chocolate .....
 
personally I they're absolutely gorgeous - just as they are ( see the sneek peek picutre above) 
 
It will be run live over 2 days in December through zoom, where you can either make along with me, or just watch.  You can also watch anytime afterwards too, as the videos will be available to you forever. 
You will ONLY be able to get hold of this kit if you have purchaes the class. 
 
THE DATES FOR THIS  ZOOM CLASS WILL BE 7th and 8th of December. 
 
The cost of the kit is NOT included in the class, but you will be given full details before the class (there will be a couple of kit options - two types of turning device)  and there will also be a private facbook group to support students in the 2 weeks leading up to class and after the class is over too.
