My new structure makes it easy to make a Backpack cake. The finished design possibilities are endless.
 
The bag structure measures: 8x4" wide and 9" tall.  You will need 3 x pieces of 8" square cake to make this backpack cake. 
 
It includes 2 x velcro straps that makes wearable,  along with plastic templates, but you could customise, or you could buy "real" straps that match your design.
